Julie May be a good chiropractor but she is a terrible business person that does not put her patience first. I went to her and decided to go all in. I prepaid for 20 visits plus her wellness shakes and body evaluations. The corona virus came and I had to stop going. I asked for a refund. She never answered my requests. Her secretary continued to put me off. I was even told that no money was coming in so it would take a while. I also wanted mu xrays and a copy of the bill so I could submit it to insurance. After 4 months I finally received my money but have not gotten the xrays or bill. I have continued to text and write. On July 28 I was sent a picture of my bill and xrays telling me they were going to sent out. It is now Aug 15 and I have not received anything. Julie has never once contacted me even though I have directly written to her. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Chiropractic organization. Do not trust her.

Today I saw Julie Gatza, D.C. for an adjustment. I threw my back out and was in EXTREME pain. I called soo many people trying to get in the same day as a new patient. After 20 phone calls I finally got an appointment 2 hours later. I couldn't believe it. I walked into her office very slowly, unable to stand up straight and crying from the pain that was caused from walking. I walked out 20 mins later standing upright. I couldn't believe it. I would highly recommend her a million times over.
