Julie is very smart and you really feel that she sees you as a person. She was assigned to my husbands care after his primary left, he has multiple health issues and it can be overwhelming I feel a sense of relief that my husband is in excellent hands. She is in incredibly astute and knows what she is doing, but also is kind:-)
