Julie gave me plenty of time to express specific concerns, gave thorough feedback, and ordered relevant labs to check out my condition. Couldn't be happier with our interaction, and I will return for future followups. Office and lab seemed stressed out or overwhelmed, and maybe could use additional support/training/help.
