Caused more harm than good
Telehealth
I had one visit with Julie and would not think about returning nor recommending her to anyone. She straight up tried manipulation tactics when I was breaking down in a moment of distress. I have my own background in psychology and specialize in trauma informed care, and Julie missed the mark of being a compassionate health care worker by a long shot. I can only hope that since then Julie has received additional training and is in a better place to help her clients now.
