Doctor Barnard maintains the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. She effortlessly puts one at ease while providing expert consultation to patients. Probably the best personal care provider my family has ever had. Would highly recommend to anybody, especially families.

Julie is amazing!! She is very through and listens to her patients and she doesn’t mess around. If you have a health problem, she doesn’t hesitate to get to the bottom of it. She may not be a Doctor, but she is the best Doctor I have ever had.

Julie is one of the most compassionate knowledgeable PA that I have worked with in a long time - I am a diabetic and monitoring my blood sugar is critical - she understands my lifestyle and issues and we adjust the meds when needed to insure that mine is under control. With her assistant, Robin, she has fought with the Pharmacy and the insurance company on my behalf and I appreciate that. She spends the time to make sure all my concerns are addressed and gives me the "Gibbs Head-Slap" when req.
