Julianne is one of the best professionals I had the pleasure to have worked with. We actually met while on vacation in Jamaica before she graduated and is just as awesome personally as she is professionally and it doesn't hurt that she has some beautiful baby blue eyes. I would definitely recommend going to visit her.

Juliane is the most caring professional you will ever meet. You can tell her passion to help others and go above and beyond for her patients health. She is very knowledgeable. Having Juliane as my healthcare professional has been a blessing because she is always available and makes my health a priority. Truly amazing! Julianne really took her time explaining everything about my condition, the treatments needed, and the next steps. She explained things so that I could understand them. First visit was very thorough. Good bedside manner. After that, I consider myself lucky to be alive. It’s a very long story. I appointed a medical power of attorney in case something happened to me because of my BP going from a normal range to a systolic pressure averaging 200 mm Hg. I’m in the medical field. It is my STRONG opinion that she under-treated me despite numerous attempts to discuss the situation with her...she would never get on the phone. Everything had to be relayed. If it wasn’t for another doctor to agree with me and just shake her head at what Ms. Rutz did. My BP is now under control. BTW, I originally went to see Rutz bc I am new to the area and the doctors there had very long waiting lists. I DO respect where J. Rutz was coming from, but she made a mistake and I understand WHY but would not admit it. No hard feelings but I would not recommend her.h

My Dr for 22years just retired. Julianne is the second Dr I have “interviewed for say” to be my new primary. I am extremely HAPPY I met her today. Julianne was professional, very knowledgeable (spoke so I could understand), she “really” listened to what I had say and gave me great advice. She spent a long time talking with me, I did not feel rushed to finish my medical history or personal life. By the time I left I felt so comfortable and grateful to have found her. Felt like I’ve been her patient her for awhile. I highly recommend Julianne if you are looking for a primary care provider.
