Getting through the automated phone system is painful. Call for an appointment and I'm transferred to a scheduler who doesn't answer the phone. Have to wait until next day for the scheduler to get back to me. Not an option with something like a urinary tract infection. I've initiated a practice of going to CVS minute clinic for everything except the annual physical that I have to have because this practice insists on it to renew my prescription.

Tried to make a couple of appointments when sick lately. Was told would be a week and a half to two week wait. Sick now not in two weeks. Ended up going to urgent care instead. Tried to get in again today or tomorrow and was told by her assistant that they would not get me in because it's been a year since I was there. Not for a lack of trying mind you. Did not know it was necessary to go in when not needed. I will not be back.
