Cannot complete simple tasks
She is a good provider, however she is very unprofessional when it comes to getting things done. She will say she is writing you a script then not do it. And after several requests to get it done, it still isn't. Also took her months to complete paperwork which was months late. Unaccetable, find a more responsible doctor if possible, you will thank yourself later
