Consistently calls in incorrect prescriptions or leaves medications off that were supposed to be refilled. I emailed her asking to be put on a waiting list for therapy, as I needed help. She never responded. Left current practice in November 2021 and set me up with 3 months of refills to get me through to the new therapist in January. I just tried to refill (it's December 2021) and the pharmacist said she had left a note to cancel all prescriptions and they couldn't refill.

she is the worst she called in the wrong prescription for me 2 times and couldn't be bothered to call me back do not use her she types at her computer and never looks you in the face

If I could have given her a zero I would have. What an awful experience. She is the only person at Trifecta that I would give less than 5 stars.

Judy is extremely caring and is genuinely interested in what you have to say. She isn't one to assume that an RX is the answer to every problem and she always acts in a professional manner. When speaking with Judy, I find I am talking with someone who truly cares about my well being, feels my pain in harsh times, and shares my happiness in great times. Thanks for everything Judy!
