Dr. Judith Oh, OD

My 7 year old daughter had her first eye appointment here with Judith Eunjung Oh. Not that we ever actually saw her, we dealt mainly with her assistant. It went ok for the most part until we got to the dilating drops. I don't know many 7 year olds that are willing to get drops in their eyes so it took about 10 minutes to talk my daughter into it. The assistant went out and talked with the doctor and she said that they couldn't continue the appointment without her getting the drops so I asked if I could talk to my daughter for a bit to reassure her it wouldn't hurt to put the drops in and that it needed to get done. The assistant came back and said that we had to leave because we didn't have anymore time. They had no patience, no empathy, 0 customer service, and were absolutely disgusting when it came to dealing with a child. I told the assistant that we came all the way from Tacoma and we needed to get this done and they should give children more time during appointments but she didn't

Dr. Judith Oh delivers a very professional and caring approach to her practice. She throughly completes her examinations while providing valuable information to her patients regarding their situation. Dr. Oh has a personal and genuine persona which allows her patients to openly and honestly discuss any concerns. I immediately felt comfortable during my examine. I would without reservation recommend Dr. Judith Oh to anyone who truly wants expert optometrist service at it’s best.

Dr. Oh is thorough during examinations, but due to patient loads does not spend a lot of time in conversation. I felt I had an excellent exam with a 6 month follow up for additional testing.
