Rude and completely UNPROFESSIONAL
I was texted about an upcoming visit. I arrived at the appointed time. I was told that Judith Blake would not see me because I was an hour late. First time appointment, arrive at appointed time and then told I should have been there 1 hour early. MY TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO!!! If you want somebody there at a specific time, then state that in the text. Next, I received a letter stating the termination of our physician/patient relationship. What relationship? She has NEVER met me OR seen me. That did NOTHING to inspire confidence in your ability, whatsoever.
