PA Judy met with me in a timely manner
After I arrived, the Front desk staff was polite and efficient. The PA did not rush through the examination. She was personable, knowledgeable, communicative and listened to my concerns, answering my questions in detail. The PA's assistant was personable, friendly and efficient.

This is the second time that I have waited over 30 minutes for my appointment to begin in your office out of 3 visits. Judi apologized but that is not acceptable to me. I manage over 180 employees and my time is as valuable as anyone in your office. Your office reminds me over and over before my appointment to be on time but your employees are not. I also do not appreciate the 3 percent charge for using my credit card. Do you not charge my insurance enough to cover this petty charge. Makes you look real bad. Never ever have I had a doctors office charge me for using my credit card.
