Joyce is very impatient, does not want to hear details or histories which I sometimes feel are necessary. She does not answer me many times, when I have pleasantly asked (when with- in a foot or two from me) if she could please speak to me for a few minutes or for just one question or one minute. She just keeps walking. She bills for 15 or (25)30 minutes and I have only, to the best of my memory, spoken to me for that length of time, one or two times.
