**Review of Joyce Fine, Parental Responsibilities Evaluator** I regret to say that my experience with Joyce Fine as a Parental Responsibilities Evaluator was deeply disappointing. From the outset, it was clear that her approach was outdated and ineffective. While I understand that experience can be valuable, her age seemed to have a direct impact on her ability to stay current with modern parenting practices and the evolving legal landscape of divorce and custody cases. Unfortunately, this lack of relevance rendered her insights mostly superficial and disconnected from the actual needs of the family. The process itself was frustratingly slow, and Joyce's analysis felt overly simplistic. Instead of a thorough, balanced evaluation of both parents and the children's best interests, her recommendations seemed rushed and lacked depth. In what is already a highly emotional and stressful time for families, having someone so disengaged only added to the frustration. Additionally, the fees associated with her services were exorbitant. Given the subpar quality of her work, it was hard to justify the cost. The entire Parental Responsibilities Evaluation (PRE) industry, in my opinion, feels like an unnecessary and expensive cog in the already bloated divorce and family law system. These evaluations often seem more like a formality rather than a genuine attempt to serve the children's welfare. Overall, I cannot recommend Joyce Fine as a Parental Responsibilities Evaluator. There are far better options out there, and frankly, the entire PRE process often feels like a waste of time and money.
