Went to couples therapy and everytime i left , I felt 10 times worse. My relationship got worse with each meeting. The sessions are interrupted by her answering incoming callls during the sessions, bringing her personal issues into the sessions. I was told I had bipolar tendencies because I got explosive in a session when my partner was caught in a lie!!! Instead of directing a question to my partner about we hy there was the need to lie, I was the target instead. Just awful

I came in one time confused on how or what to do to get therapy. Was barely helped and was instantly attacked with questions and made me feel anxious right from the start. Tried forcing me to start a session that day when I told her I just wanted to make an appointment for another day and was just rude about it.

- Didn't explain conditions well
- Staff wasn't friendly
- Appointment was rushed
- Didn't trust the provider's decisions
