Professional and endearing
When I walked into the office, the staff was warm and inviting, this was my first visit and I will say I have anxiety sometimes with such things. Each person from the nurse to the FNP, front desk and FNP observer had an aire of compassion, spiritual connection and warmth. I would definately go back. Thank you all, your light was shining for me.

If Joy Creed had examined me correctly I wouldn't have needed emergency surgery. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else.

Joy Creed is not thorough or competent in her profession. She totally missed all red flags on my cousin and had to have emergency surgery that could have been prevented if she was examined correctly. Now my cousin is having severe health problems because of this! Ms. Joy Creed doesn't need to be in the medical profession.
