He was great with me. I had to take an emergency trip visit, and he could tell that I was nervous, so he calmed me down with some jokes and knelt down to talk to me eye to eye while I was on the bed. Very considerate. He was spread thin through many patients, but still tried to stop in very frequently to explain what was going on and what it means. Super kind man, I’m glad he was the one assigned to me.
