I was really unsure about taking mental health meds whenever I started seeing Josh Eslami, but he has helped me get my life back through meds, continued counseling, and self care. I'd recommend him to anyone in need of mental healthcare. The man definitely knows what he's doing and will work with you until you find the right combination of meds, coping skills, etc... all while listening and being compassionate and empathic to his patients.
