A thoughtful and kind first impression
I've met with Josh once to seek out some needed help with sleep problems, anxiety, depression, and more. I appreciate that Josh heard my concerns and developed an achievable schedule for me. He's treatment schedule is on the conservative side (meaning he begins from common meds at low doses, then moves up if those don't work) which I think it the right way to treat. One doesn't give morphine for a headache! I also appreciated that he seemed interested in me as a person and not solely as a patient. There is care with Josh that I don't always see in the medical field.
