Great Office, Doctor and Staff! Saw Dr. Sandhu at her new office, Airis Eye in Bellevue WA.

I take my child visited Sandhu. Before we saw the doctor, the front desk called our insurance to check how much our insurance would cover and the front desk told me that my insurance would cover 90%. That's why I decided to visit the doctor.However, in the final bill, my insurance only covers 50%. I understand that coverage is not guaranteed but I don't understand why the percentage is so different. I called front desk, they told me that it's due to the claim is filed as out of network but it should be in network and they will file the claim again.However, later I only received message asking for payment but the amount is unchanged. I called front desk again. They told me that they tried to file the claim again but was not succeed. However, they never told me this part. I asked them to provide the case number for the conversation between the front desk and insurance company to figure out why the coverage is different. However, they never help to understand why the bill like that.

I recently saw Dr Sandhu because I was having vertigo like symptoms and felt very unbalanced. I had seen 3 other doctors and no one was able to help. She took me in last minute and was able to diagnose and send me to the ER. I had a brain tumor which was removed. I will always be thankful to her.

Very thorough. My contact lenses now fit me perfectly and I can see very well.

Paid for a Contact prescription...spent 3 three months without a prescription rendered...even though service was paid on day of service... Allows a young wife of a critically I'll husband to go without Eye care prescription for months, that needed help...incontinuity of care and, delays of prescription, even when service was paid for...Frustrating, and, was Nontherapeutic, without eye care resolution...allowed hurt feelings to dominate this case...especially a young patient who needed advocacy..
