Do not go to the nurse practitioner named Josephine Kathleen Phillips (Kathy) I had been working for about a month with a therapist with a care plan and when I saw Kathy for medication management she completely disregarded my condition. She went as far as joking that “she needs medication for my condition too” because she was forgetful. I do not appreciate my medical condition being joked about by a medical professional. I explained to her all the symptoms I was facing and how it was debilitating. She said, “I doubt that is true just change your diet”. I will never go back to frontier if this is the kind of medical professional they staff to help vulnerable people. DISGUSTING!
