Worst! Should be fired. 3 min ER exam.

AdventHealth - Centura should stop using this provider immediately!! He is the rude & incompetent. As someone with 30yrs in healthcare myself it was appalling. He walked in while I was still dressing in my grown. Spends 3 actual minutes in the room for my “exam” if you could call it that. My vitals were taken in triage almost an hour before and not repeated as his notes state. Half the exam he reports never occurred. His note had been altered to reflect a narrative that is purely fabricated. My chief complaint changed from triage to his false statement not made by me. He spent a majority of his time with me leading up against the counter. I am so grateful to have had someone with me to witness the entire experience. AdventHealth should never have this provider back in their emergency room or any other place in their hospital. I hope Dora has a field day with his charting and other inappropriate behaviors. He should pray my condition isn’t confirmed and worsened by his lack of care.
