Ghosts Patients
At first, he was great squeezing in a friend of mine for an appointment. The friend was severely depressed and had had a bad experience with a couple of medical professionals from MetroHealth Systems. I shared this information with Joe along with my friend's current mistrust of the medical profession based on this recent, awful experience. The result? Joe canceled the appointment on the day of the appointment stating he was called into the hospital - totally understandable - and then went silent. He has not responded to one email or text about rescheduling. Maybe he had a conflict - knew one of the doctors my friend had encountered - maybe he just didn't feel like taking on another patient - who knows since he simply stopped communicating. This is not the behavior of a professional. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.
