Dismissive rushed arrogant
Took my teenage son to get help for his acne and ended up seeing this arrogant physician assistant with tattoos on display. He entered the room and said “shirt” to my son twice before asking him to take his shirt off. Then dismissed our inquiries about accutane (it’s a lot of paperwork) and when i questioned him further got irritated and said he’s been doing this for 14 years and seen over “half a million” patients. That math doesn’t add up obviously. We left with no real solutions my son was fighting tears, but we had more paperwork to fill out in the waiting room after he dismissed us with a rx for something we already tried. It was then he rushed past us out the door to go to lunch. Even if his medical opinion was correct which it isn’t there is a better way to handle patients and everyone deserves better. I wouldn’t come here again it’s just a money grab and you can feel it.

AVOID DR GATTI
There was no positives to my visit. Front desk staff was rude and put a camera in my face without saying anything. Dr. GATTI rushed my appointment and googled the answer to my questions right in front of me and read me whatever the top result was. He asked what I was in for and it was clear he did not review my chart before the appointment. He did not care about the issue I came in for (my hair), and only examined it for 10-15 seconds. He did not ask me questions to try and figure out my health concern. He was more concerned with my appearance and me getting plastic surgery and was extremely insulting and condescending. He did not examine my face or body yet “diagnosed” me with various skin disorders, he lied on my patient forms and provider notes about what I was counseled on and my conditions. He prescribed me a medication that would have made the original issue I came in for much worse and could be potentially dangerous. I have never had a worse experience with a medical provider.

Rushed appointment
The staff and the MA was very nice and friendly. When Joe came in he was nice but that was it. He took a magnifying glass and in under 1 minute he was done .Took a biopsy of one spot. Then I wanted him to remove a wort I had and he took the “Freezer gun « and waved it back and fort very fast two times . I felt he should have taken his time to target the wort witch he did not, so now I’m left with a burn and a blister that just broke and burns. If I had known I would have had my regular doc do it instead..I told him about my psoriasis getting worse and he just told me to put the shampoo on my scalp for 1/2 h ,that would take care of it.I would have liked more information and a more throughout examining of my body ,not a rushed one .

Arrogant, rude, fast talker
TERRIBLE. He was very rude, misdiagnosed my skin problem and then billed my insurance $850.00 for less than 15 minutes. His examination was not thorough and the full body exam was him pretending to look at spots, moles, etc. I felt like he had no genuine care for my health at all. Just pump the patients through and ka-ching! off he goes to the bank laughing all the way

VERY RUSHED VISIT-MISDIAGNOSIS – Mar 06, 2022

Inept, rushed visit, allows only 15 minutes
Saw Gatti for a growth on my shoulder. His assistant asked me questions, took some pictures. While waiting, he was talking to an elderly lady behind me. She told him that her full body exam was rushed and did not feel it was adequate. He told her that a "typical" derm. appt. is 15 minutes". He was so uncaring. Then he came in my room, picked up a magnifying glass and literally passed it over my shoulder and put it down on the counter. He did not look at it with his own eyes! He then told me it was "pigmented Squamous Cell Carcinoma". Skin cancer. He numbed it, sliced it off and sent it to pathology. A week later, he tells me it is actually "seborrheic keratosis", a benign growth. He was insulting, VERY rushed, DID NOT look at it and made a terribly wrong diagnosis. The care from him is very low quality and he does not care. He only wants to push as many patients through as he can. I will NEVER go to his practice or recommend him to anybody. HE's JUST A P.A., thats all. Go to real MD

I saw Mr. Gatti four years ago for a suspicious situation on my upper lip. He was arrogant and dismissive, insisted it was a herpes outbreak, and prescribed Valacyclovir. It was not herpes, as I had insisted, and now it turns out to be a more serious situation. He needs to take a step back and check his huge ego at the door. I would not see him even if it meant travel afar to see another practitioner. I would give 0 stars were it an option.

The front desk staff are great. Dr Gatti is arrogant and unfriendly. He obviously didn't even look at the picture Nick took of the moles I needed removed. He missed the one I went in for and I suffered needlessly for the ones he froze that weren't a problem. I won't go back!

Joseph Gatti prescribed a medication for my mother which is known to cause high blood sugar in women over 60 who have diabetes. He knew that she was on a medication for diabetes, yet still prescribed it based only on the fact that it didn’t interact with her medication without considering the impact on her medical condition. The result was that her blood sugar is now out of control, over 300, even after going off the medication over a week ago.
