We saw Joe as a couple, five years into our marriage. (We're at #12 now!) He was calm, gentle, and able to guide us into a place of individual growth and mutual understanding. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Every session was incredibly meaningful and fully exceeded our expectations.

Very easy to talk to. I always left the session with something to focus on. This in became an indicator of progress. Ive only met a few other people that have been to counseling before and usually they were unhappy with the experience. This was always because they felt their counselor just wanted talk. Not the case with Joe Deangelis, he is there to actively help, and his experience shows.

I was extremely skeptical about going to see a counselor. Joe is down to earth and very insightful. He has a calming presence. He feels like a friend that I've known forever, yet he is completely professional at the same time.
