The front desk staff are very unprofessional, in particular Monica. Dr. Awender may be a great doctor but the stress you endure by there staff is horrifying. The staff lacks the importance of empathy and consistency. I wish my family and I could continue care with this office but the amount of stress and time off work taken to deal with there unprofessional behaviors and lack of communication is very upsetting. Great doctor but beware of there
