Our initial counseling session with Jorge gave us hope for productive work together. He came across as empathetic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We were upfront about our inability to commit to consistent sessions due to unpredictable work schedules and upcoming travel, and he seemed understanding initially.Unfortunately, when it came time to put this into practice, our experience was different. Jorge expressed frustration, claiming this wasn't the original agreement, despite our earlier discussion. Ultimately, he decided to end our work together prematurely because of our scheduling limitations.Additionally, we often left sessions feeling deeply triggered without being given tools to navigate or resolve these feelings. We’re disappointed in the time and money invested in a therapist and approach that ultimately didn't meet our needs.
