The staff & Dr. Chettiparampil provided exceptional care. The clinic was efficiently managed & all were highly trained professionals that made my visit worthwhile. I definitely received high quality care.

We had one of the best experience at Richmond Eye Experts. Our check in- it was smooth, the front staff were very welcoming and happy. Dr. Jordana Chettiparampil was amazing with my son. She engaged him in conversations while checking his eyes. She was very detailed in explaining and we did not feel any rush. They have great latest technology which make our experience so easy. She spent a good time with each of us. I definitely recommend Richmond Eye Experts for the entire family’s eye care. We live in Katy/Fulshear and it was just 17min drive.

Dr. Chetti has been amazing for our family but the true point here is that after a complication from a cosmetic eye procedure (by another doc) she has gone so far above and beyond to support me through figuring out what was actually wrong as well as managing the pain and recovery. I could not rave enough about her bedside, her attention, and her staff. She is the best!!!

In this age of impersonal, uncaring attitudes by so many, I was delighted to discover that Dr. Jordana Chettiparampil at Elite Family Vision was genuinely caring and cordial. Dr. Chettiparampil examined my eye carefully for any retinal detachment. She comforted me amidst the fear and confusion that were both inside my head and surrounding me. I just wanted to say thanks to her although this one little word does not give enough weight to the gratefulness I feel toward Dr. Chettiparampil.

We moved to Houston from Birmingham Al and had a really tough time finding a good optometrist. Dr. Chetti was referred to us from our son's school nurse. When we saw how she treated him and talked to him during his visit we became a fan of her. Now the whole family goes to her. She is very responsive and has a good heart. My wife wears contacts and she has had a really tough time this year to find the right contacts but dr. Chetti has been very patient and allowed her to try numinous pairs.
