Wrong number and unable to reach for overcharge
Telehealth
Daughter saw Jordan Waite through telehealth. My daughter had insurance coverage through my employer but was pressured into making payments for no insurance. Daughter had benefits without lapses. Now unable to locate Jordan Waite or office to get daughter a refund. Internet research doesn’t list working numbers and have tried multiple. Daughter had asked to reprocess claim but was called multiple times to make payments and due to the pressure she paid for two visits which are now owed to her. I am trying to help my daughter try to contact Jordan to assist her with getting her proper refund. This rating is related to inability to locateJordan and unable to access refund. No proper contact information is found or provided
