Not sure I got the right diagnosis but after using the meds for a month to check if any progress was made she is more then willing to see me again to try something else. That's more then I have got with other Dr's

The care I receive at Advanced Dermatology has always been great, including with Jordan & Tiffany last week. That said, Advanced Dermatology is the worst health care provider I deal with when it comes to communications. Following up on anything with Advanced Dermatology is painful, laborious, and confusing (ie, am I talking with the office? a remote (and useless) out of state operator?). You guys are so bad that, despite the great care I've received over the past 2-3 years, I'm going to look for another dermatology provider. This has been an issue for years, so I don't expect you guys to get your act together anytime soon. Your staff at the 950 E. Harvard office all acknowledge how difficult Advanced Dermatology is to deal with and if you aren't listening to your own people, you will start losing patients.

Even before my appointment, I had great help regarding my insurance coverage from the MAs and front desk, which helped give me peace of mind. At my appointment, the MA was very friendly and helpful in completing my health history. Jordan came in with her magnifying glass and looked at all of my freckles and moles and gave me lots of reassurance about them. Additionally , she gave me prevention ed on using sunscreen which validated my current practices. I left feeling relieved and happy to return for my annual checkup!

I met with Jordan because I’ve been having some unexpected hair loss that’s caused me a lot of anxiety. She took the time to go through my labs, my stress and social history, and took a look at my hair. She explained to me what she thought was causing my hair loss and made recommendations for treatment as well as scheduling a follow up appointment. Everyone in the office was really awesome and my experience there alleviated so much anxiety about what’s going on with me.

I was embarrassed and hesitant to go into the doctor for over a year for my issue. They made me feel completely comfortable, started treatment right on the spot, and got me in and out fast! I should have come in much sooner!
