Dr. Jona Pradhan, OD

Jona Pradhan is condescending to her patients to the point that she, ever so ironically, refuses to make eye contact with them. This provider lacks empathy and self-awareness of her rhetorical smirking.

Jona, because they do not deserve to be called a Dr. basically implied I had glaucoma. Went to a glaucoma specialist and they questioned Jona's ability to determine that I could have glaucoma. Absolute worst experience of someone who works in the health field. You can tell Jona went into the health field for the wrong reasons because they are incompetent, dismissive and displayed no care for their patients.

Not the nicest eye doctor out there. She was very rude, blunt and inconsiderate, she didn't take the time or effort to make me feel comfortable and instead made me feel like I was a burden while I just needed a simple prescription update on my glasses and contacts. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Jona Pradhan was quite literally the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Had an apt today to renew my contact lenses today, and mind you I’ve had glasses since I was two so this was not my first rodeo, and left feeling defeated. She rushed the exam, was snarky, blunt, and extremely unprofessional. I’m 26 and she made me feel bad about not being able to afford glasses at this time, and talked to me like a child. She had no actual interest in helping. She made me feel like I was bother by asking questions. I would not recommend her to anyone I know. The way she treats people is disgusting and disappointing. She clearly was having a bad day and needed to take it out on someone. But she’s in the wrong profession. I would highly advise anyone to schedule with any other ophthalmologist but her.
