Jon Hupp changed my life. My MD was treating me like I was a drug addict because I kept having low back pain on one side. Pain pills and muscle relaxants work for awhile. Conventional physical therapy was useless. I needed someone who could figure out what was causing my pain. Not pills. Not someone telling me to do 10 leg lifts. Jon Hupp figured out why I was in pain and he showed me exercises to do in order to strengthen my weak areas. Now I am aware of my body and what to do to stay pain free
