I had the opportunity to experience a virtual consultation with Dr. Jonny Noblezada through Visionworks in Owings Mills. The initial interaction with the Visionworks staff was notably welcoming and professional, setting a positive tone for the consultation. However, my experience with Dr. Noblezada was less than satisfactory. His demeanor towards the technicians was marked by open frustration and a lack of patience. He struggled to operate the necessary equipment and expressed his dissatisfaction openly. Furthermore, during our consultation, I found his attitude to be discourteous and unprofessional. He interrupted me mid-sentence and displayed impatience throughout the conversation. The culmination of my disappointment occurred when Dr. Noblezada abruptly terminated the consultation by hanging up the call. This abrupt ending left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disheartened by the lack of professionalism exhibited during what should have been a respectful doctor-patient interaction. Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Dr. Jonny Noblezada. My experience was marred by his rude and unprofessional behavior, which overshadowed the welcoming atmosphere established by the Visionworks staff. It is my hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, ensuring that future interactions uphold the standards of courtesy and professionalism that one expects from a medical practitioner.
