Went for post-pneumonia visit and found this practioner to be very thorough. He took time to listen to my health issues/concerns and provided sensible giudance, encouragement and solutions

John will call to check how you are doing after a visit. Personally answers you on My chart. Unlike the old days now you can not get admitted to the hospital until they know what is wrong with you. John kept sending my husband to specialist until they found something wrong so he could get admitted because he knew my husband was very ill even though the specialist couldn't find anything. He ended up dying in the hospital 7 days later from a very rare familial blood disease. John never gave up.
