Excellent Counselor
John Snyder is a fantastic counselor. I have been seeing him for several months for anxiety, intrusive thoughts and a variety of psychosomatic disorders. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in relaying the principles and concepts of CBT in a pragmatic way. His demeanor is friendly, engaging and life affirming. He is an excellent listener and provides excellent examples for using CBT to improve your quality of life. I would highly recommend him!

I worked with John for about a year on anxiety. He guided me out of a dark place, back to a stable place and then even further to a state of mindfulness and off medication. John is a highly competent practitioner of CBT but also incredibly thoughtful, empathetic and insightful.
