Not professional at all. I came to see Dr. Russo because of eye inflammation. But during the eye exam, he kept telling me that I need eyeglasses. And that is all he cares: he would like to sell the eyeglasses to you. He did not care about your real eye problems. The eye drops he provided was to treat sensitive eye and did not help improve my problem at all.
