Outstanding Patellar Tendon Post-Op Rehab
I had several weeks of rehab in the summer of 2009 when I was post-op from repair of a ruptured patellar tendon. John was a great motivator on top of being very knowledgeable and conscientious about programming. John was very appropriately aggressive in advancing my exercises, and I have enjoyed a fantastic long-term outcome. In the summer of 2015, I had the good fortune of rupturing my other patellar tendon. The rehab was very different than the previous rehab program (with John), resulting in a far less pleasing long-term outcome. I look fondly back on those days, and I highly recommend John as a PT.
