John Profera, NPP

I was going to John since 2013. He changed over the years from being present in conversations to just writing a prescription and sending you on your way. Never checked to see if meds were still appropriate. Ivan is wonderful. But John is just okay.

I have been to just about every mental health practice within 30 miles of Jupiter; I give these guys 5 stars for sure. As an MS patient I suffer from severe depression/anxiety. New Life Behavioral has made life tolerable for me; for that I thank you John Profera. Ivan, thank you for all that you do!

Uncaring, and cold. If you are feeling anything but well do not expect to be helped, nor understood as his philosophy is basically to get you out of his office as soon as possible. Extremely STERN, unfriendly as well as uncompassionate, I left his office in tears from how indifferent he made me feel.

I have been seen in John's office for two years now. The level of professionalism is above par. I have never had a bad experience with his excellent staff...Ivan is friendly, courteous and quick to help. I don't wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes, usually less than five. I can get an appointment in times of crisis. This has been put to the test on more than one occasion. John listens, takes time to hear me out. Never acts as though I am a bother. He has been a literal lifesaver.
