I got in touch with John Prata through the online chat. After waiting for an hour, he had several follow up questions about power of attorney and asked 2 or 3 times if we were in Washington state. Then he said he was not aware of the medication and needed to research more. Then directed us to urgent care. It was a complete waste of time.

If you want to be treated poorly, a physician who doesn’t know clinic policies, and one who will body shame your child - see this guy! He now operates out of Kaiser IN WA. He is a horrible representation of a physician. Took child in after calling Kaiser to verify I could for sports physical. He almost had a panic attack about the administrative parts. It’s not that difficult to collect $50 and print the form buddy. Then because my child didn’t have her glasses he refused to sign off on the sports physical form. Then in front of her and her friend said i needed to be worried about her weight - which she’s average and doesn’t even have a fat roll!!! Proceeded to tell me it will go up as she gains muscle and i should be concerned. I told him his actions are the reason why kids have body issues. This guy needs retraining and maybe some anti anxiety meds.
