Dr. Pinkard was outstanding in explaining all about my procedure before and after it. He had a kind and engaging manner and had a fresh approach that was really appreciated. He actually made it all seem so interesting and maybe even a little fun. He has a passion for his work that is obvious. And he's even a better artist than he thinks by creating a drawing of what had taken place! He's smart, a winner and above high expectations.
