Dr. John Pagnani is an excellent counselor. I found not only a counselor, but a person who cares for his patients. Dr. pagnani helped me to developed confidence in myself. He created a comfortable atmosphere where I felt like talking to a person I knew for a while. I can see a profesional and a great human being.

You'll spend about 35 minutes talking about him, and if you're lucky, he'll ask about your problems in the last ten minutes. Poor business practices and even poorer counseling practices.

After leaving an appointment due to emotional distress Dr Pagnani not only gave away my husband and my appointment time for the next week but then told me that he did not think he would be able to help us. As a therapist the last thing you should say to a client is that you are beyond help. He then said I had poor judgement and lack of maturity due to the fact that I had removed myself from a stressful environment to regain composure for the next week. Without a doubt the worst therapist.
