When we sought a therapist for our 8-year old, we found John based on the recommendation of a respected neurologist. We were impressed by the ease of appointment scheduling, convenient office location, and availability of evening hours. We had 2 or 3 appointments and were in the process of scheduling the next when John stopped returning my calls. It was both disappointing and strange, not to mention difficult to explain to our child.
