Working with John has improved my quality of life significantly compared to the other PTs I've seen and I've seen a few (with no real results). Martial Arts and Sports have taken a toll on my body. A few visits with John and he gets me on the right path with specific exercises to reduce my pain and increase mobility. He also worked wonders for my daughter. Two thumbs way up for John. If you're in pain give him a try. He's a high character guy.
