Choosing a therapist is challenging; especially when struggling with anxiety. After reading many reviews and different profiles, I came across John. What stood out the most in his profile is that he believes the mind, body, and spirit are all connected. John taught me skills and techniques to help me better handle my anxiety. He also guided me through meditation, held me accountable, and encouraged me to think to my full potential. I cannot thank John enough for his patience, understanding, and kindness.
