Whether it is 7am or 5pm, John is always very energetic and genuinely interested in his craft. I have several injuries, some are 10+ years old. And every time I pointed out specific problems or limitations, he was able to adjust my exercises to avoid pain and discomfort. I have seen half a dozen physical therapists in my lifetime, none of them came close to what John has to offer. He truly helped to change my life for the better.
