Did not listen to concerns and respect my wishes. Treated me like I was making up symptoms. Does not follow through with things (didn't do a lab order, so when I showed up for bloodwork as directed by him, there was no order). Communication is poor-Asked me to send a report through MyChart so he could read and it follow up the same week and never followed up, despite multiple messages sent on my end. Does not seem to want to hear what I am saying when I am telling him what is going on. Dismisses my concerns and I do NOT felt heard or helped at all.

John is always courteous, patient and involved. He asks detailed questions and answers my questions in detail. A few days ago I was seen by him for a knee injury. During the exam he observed a few physical symptoms that had nothing to do with my knee. He began asking questions about other unseen symptoms I have been having. Things that I had written off as annoying but a consequence of getting older. As it turned out, he was able to identify a life threatening/ending illness! He's brilliant!
