John Garrett, PA - Delayed treatment of vascular issues by failing numerous times to give vital lab results over a period of 3 months. Failed to notify client about an artery occlusion documented on xrays. Failed to follow-up on patient having an adverse medication reaction. Failed to follow-up with cardiovascular issues concerning 2 occluded arteries with additional related symptoms of vascular issues.

My husband goes to Dr. Garrett and says he's the best doctor he's ever been to . He's very caring, personable, and thorough. He listens , and gets to know your health history and you as a person, not just a patient. His staff is wonderful as well.

John Garrett is a very caring and attentive Physician Assistant. He has been my practitioner for over 8 yrs and he treats me with respect and listens to me needs. I can talk to him about anything without feeling the least bit uneasy. I trust him implicitly. He is a no nonsense PA.
