I've had four counseling sessions with John for anxiety and depression, and he has been an enormous help. He is easy to talk to and provides useful suggestions and insight that have allowed me to make tremendous progress in a short period of time. Additionally, I was able to get an appointment very quickly and at a convenient time of day. I highly recommend him.
