The session itself was actually pretty nice. What was off-putting was his admitting to not being thrilled with receiving EAP referrals (I was one of them). I understand that EAP May not pay well or pay quickly, but he made the choice to accept referrals. He also was not thrilled about our appointments needing to be in the evening. We felt more like a burden than appreciated patients. Overall I think he just didn’t care. Shame.
