Never felt more disrespected by a medical provider
He never introduced himself to me, I only found out his name on the after visit summary. He didn’t ask about any allergies before any care was provided. He shoved his insurance card in my face after I told him my insurance doesn’t send out physical copies of insurance cards. When checking my heart and breathing with his stethoscope he was extremely hard with it, I believe it was on purpose. When putting my information in the system he asked me to remember the results of my oxygen, heart rate, temperature, and of my blood pressure. He got visibly annoyed when I didn't have a definite answer. After the visit I saw in that in the chart he put that I had a previous diagnosis of obesity, no where in any previous paperwork, does it say that I was diagnosed with being obese. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. He made me feel like I was in the wrong for seeking medical advice. I would never see him as a healthcare provider again and I advise everyone else to steer clear of it as well.

Rude and unhelpful
Went in to see about getting tested for Covid or the flu (i work with children and wanted to make sure) when i was on day 2 of a respiratory sickness. He refused to test me for either, instead calling me fat (which I am not).

He told me there were sicker people than me.
He didn't want to see or treat me, even though I had an appointment. He told me I had allergies, just by looking at me. He never asked my history and was definitely not concerned over my issues. I do not have allergy issues. I've had 'walking pneumonia' before, and these symptoms are very similar to the issues I'm currently having. He told me there were sicker people that needed to be seen....

I waited 2 hours today for what my registering said would be a 1 hour wait today, Saturday. I can not take time off work during the week to go to my regular physician and I woke up this morning after 3 days of a stuffy nose and cough with my symptoms much worse and green mucous now today. The provider at this location, John Champion PA, did not log my symptoms correct on the receipt, claimed I had allergies when I informed him I'm coughing up and blowing green mucous from my nose, have pain in m
